Phoenix Foundation: Appointment of an Emergency Supervisor

No. I’m not going to support turning this into an open-ended investigation of every Director, every grant and every PF decision ever made. That would completely derail the purpose of resolving the actual governance failure in front of us and make it significantly harder to attract qualified people to serve as Directors in the future.

The Emergency Supervisor should review the full context underlying A272 and the Adverse Event, including the conduct of any Director where relevant and any information necessary to understand that context, which may or may not include specific grants. I have no issue with my own actions being reviewed as part of that.

What is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore is your repeated effort to broaden and complicate this process instead of helping resolve the issue that triggered it. At this point, I think it is fair to ask what your actual objective is here.

As far as I remember, you have publicly laughed at Cosmos chains failing and users losing money and, apart from a now-deleted ugly unbased statement about me, have had no meaningful involvement with Terra. Given how aggressively you are trying to expand and derail this process, I think questioning your motivation here is entirely reasonable.
