I do support Ray Raspberry and Martin as candidates. 3 of 4 directors participated in this process to identify and consider candidates. All 3 directors agreed on their suitability and putting these candidates forward for the community to choose.
Yes, there is serious stewardship dysfunction existing and the circumstances definitely meets our bylaws definition of an adverse event. I support this proposal and its goal, in line with our bylaws, requesting the community to help select one of the candidates identified as our independent emergency supervisory to resolve this impasse.
