Hello Lunatics, I fully agree with Maxs assessment. A proposal failing to reach the required voting threshold does not constitute a governance emergency. That’s precisely how things supposed to work.
Changing the rules simply because the original outcome wasn’t favorable sets a dangerous precedent.
If there is a genuine adverse event, it should be demonstrated with clear evidence and addressed strictly within the existing bylaws.
Governance rules cannot be respected only when they produce the desired outcome. Terra does not need further concentration of power disguised as an emergency.
