Thank you for the input. The current proposal follows the existing Bylaws and the process they provide for appointing an independent Emergency Supervisor. The immediate issue needs to be resolved first under the existing structure and governance framework.
Suggestions regarding broader governance reform, additional oversight mechanisms or changes to the Foundation’s structure are noted and can be considered separately once the current process has concluded.
For now, the focus should remain on resolving the matter before us through the process already defined.
