Excuse me, I had to step in here. Because some of you seem to believe as if a 50% vote is a deadlock. It’s just a failed vote. Treshold for passing in a 3 out of 4 member system is 75% . This is arguably higher than a 3 out of 5 (60%) or a 4 out of 6 member (66%) system.
However, this is the only system that works in a 4 member DAO and if you wish to reduce that treshold then you need to add members. Reducing members to 3 is not an option due to the risks of 2 people “deadlock” it carries. And as such I would have also voted No on proposal A272. 2 people can essentially win every proposal, making the third member and hence the DAO irrelevant (u might aswell just hand them the treasury on silver platter). That is the real danger that many of you seem to miss.
So I consider the appointment of a supervisor irrelevant to the real discussion at hand because it doesn’t solve the problem. Which there isn’t actually. It’s just some are displeased with the outcome of proposal A272 . And as a long term Luna hodler, I am definitely not.
