# Phoenix Foundation: Appointment of an Emergency Supervisor

**There’s a lot of text here, so let me quickly summarise my understanding to bring everyone up to speed:**

— Despite otherwise being in agreement on literally every other proposal, Vini voted “no” on a _single proposal_ that would have _directly benefited_ 0xPhilipp.

— Claiming a “_deadlock_”, 0xPhilipp then tried to have Vini removed and move to 2-of-3 Rule

— The vote to remove Vini failed, but 0xPhilipp _still withheld Vini’s pay_ last month anyway.

— 0xPhilipp is now proposing the _community pay $10,000_ for someone to agree with him.

— There is now a debate on who the patsy should be.
