Risk Management / Trust: Serious failures in the handling of material ecosystem risks. Written security concerns about Astroport’s dependency on Neutron governance were dismissed days before that risk materialized, potentially exposing about $4.4M of Terra liquidity. Material information concerning Astroport was also held through private communications without being equally shared with other Directors while a fork or takeover was being discussed. The combination of risk judgment, information handling and stepping away during the incident has resulted in a material breakdown of Director-level trust.
